Rohit Sinha
Rohit is a trade professional with over 15 years of experience providing international trade and related tax advisory/support (customs, GST/VAT/consumption tax, excise, withholding tax, tax audits etc.) to multinational corporate clients in the APAC region. He has lived and worked in major markets across the region including Greater China, India, Vietnam on various trade and indirect tax issues affecting regional and global trade for multinational companies.
He has assisted clients on global trade related matters planning, implementing, reviewing, and updating strategies for landed cost optimization, supply chain efficiencies and compliance.
Rohit is qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of post-qualified experience with Big4, a leading consulting firm and commercial experience. He is based in Hong Kong.

Uyen Tran
Uyen provides legal and tax advisory services to clients from various industries doing business in Vietnam. She has assisted various multinational companies on their trade and customs planning and compliance in Vietnam and southeast Asia region. Uyen has extensive hands-on experience in representing clients and dealing with local authorities on customs and trade related matters in Vietnam.
Uyen is a qualified lawyer with 20 years of post-qualified experience with a leading international law firm in Vietnam and Big4.
Uyen speaks, reads, and writes English and Vietnamese fluently. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Ajinkya M (AJ)
Ajinkya M ( AJ ) advises global and Indian companies on Indian indirect taxes, foreign trade policy, trade incentives, customs, trade aspects of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, and an array of complex operational matters including tax planning, supply chain structuring for products and services, legal metrology, BIS, EPR, PLI and tax controversy.
AJ has represented clients before various courts and tribunals in India on matters related to GST, VAT, excise, sales tax, and customs.
